The Three Lions Recall Saka But Jude Bellingham, Foden & Jack Grealish Miss Out
The Arsenal forward has netted a dozen goals in 44 appearances for the national team.
England have included Bukayo Saka for next week's games versus Wales and Latvia, however no room for Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden or Jack Grealish.
Gunners attacker Bukayo Saka missed last month's qualifier wins against Serbia and Andorra due to a hamstring issue.
The 24-year-old recently returned for Arsenal and found the net in their victory against Olympiacos midweek.
Saka replaces club colleague Noni Madueke, who is sidelined till next month with a knee injury.
The Three Lions meet the Welsh in a friendly at the national stadium on Thursday before a qualifying match in Latvia on 14 October.
If England win in Latvia, they will need a just two points from their last two qualifiers versus Albania and Serbia in November to reach next summer's tournament in North America.
Leverkusen's Jarell Quansah comes in for Newcastle's Tino Livramento, who is out for up to eight weeks after suffering a knee injury against Arsenal last weekend.

Foden was omitted from Tuchel's previous selection after a dip in performance and has been unable to force his way back, even with a strong start to the campaign with City.
Grealish also is excluded in spite of a revival in form with Everton. He has not featured for England since last year.
