Missing key figures like striker Jean-Philippe Mateta and wing-back Daniel MuÃąoz, the Eagles left Dublin with a commanding win that virtually secures them a place in the Europa Conference League qualifying rounds.
A further three points in their upcoming fixture against Finnish KuPS should be enough to seal straight entry to the last 16, especially following a prior stumble against Strasbourg.

The only concern for Palace was a late knock to Justin Devenny, who was forced off. This paved the way for 17-year-old forward Benji Casey to make his first-team debut, capping an otherwise positive night for the visiting side.
